Our shared murder mystery events take place at a collection of wonderful venues - all selected for their unique character and great atmosphere.
From old coaching inns, grand mansions or quirky old houses, these events are perfect for a celebratory dinner with a difference or a special weekend away. We've arranged special room rates at each venue, if you'd like to make a weekend of it. All of the venues listed here are available to hire for private murder mysteries too - please ask us.
Please note: All events and accommodation are subject to availability. We advise you to book early to avoid disappointment. We request payment in full on booking for the murder mystery dinner and in most cases, accommodation can be booked and paid for separately, direct with the hotel (unless listed as a package).

This lovely 4 star Best Western hotel was recently the star of Channel 4's 'Undercover Boss' programme. It's a lovely welcoming hotel and the 18 hole championship golf course and leisure club makes it a great place to take a relaxing weekend break. Becketts Farm is a well known local treasure. The family have been farming there for over 70 years and the huge farm shop has become synonymous with producing and selling quality, fresh local foods. The restaurant is renowned for wonderful home cooked meals and there is even a cookery school onsite. Becketts run a wonderful programme of events and entertainment throughout the year and Murder on the Side is thrilled to be working with them not only delivering murder mystery evenings, but also a week of spooky Halloween storytelling from 24th - 30th October 2011.
